Announcing our FINAL Tucker After Hours dinner for 2019 (given impending holiday madness in November and December!)
We want to go out flying our flag proudly and also offer something that speaks uniquely to Tucker’s soul and identity, hence our last dinner theme: ALL AUSTRALIAN.
We’ll be cooking up dishes inspired by our favorite Australian chefs and cookbook authors. Given that the land down under is a delicious sum of its immigrant parts, we’ll be free ranging from Asia to the Mediterranean, nodding to our British past, and celebrating our great baking tradition. (Note: New Zealand did not invent the pavlova!)
Friday 25th and Saturday 26th October, a feast of multiple courses, $60pp.
