The Tucker Team

JASON HOY

SHOT SLINGER

Does it get more Australian than being born in a place called 'Wagga Wagga'?
Of the firm belief that we can save the world one organic, sustainable mouthful at a time. Also firmly believe that a milkshake should have more milkshake than ice-cream and that the 'Cargo' album by Men at Work made saxophone sexy before Kenny G did the reverse.

ERIN TAYLOR

SALAD WHISPERER

Although from the east coast of USA Erin likes Vegemite more than many Australians; this makes her an honorary Aussie. Apart from regularly manifesting food magnificence from the Tucker kitchen she also likes big bundts and cannot lie.

HOBART THE HOVAWART

FRIENDLY FURRY GREETER

Hovawhat? Hovawart.
Hobart was rescued from Washington D.C. eight weeks after Trump was elected into orifice. Despite this he is an equal opportunity reciever of pats from all visitors and loves nothing more than his daily run through the Karl Stirner arts trail in pursuit of squirrels.
An ancient German breed of dog from Bavaria. A lover not a fighter.

Let's cut to the chase.
Australians really like coffee. Really.

The only time you'll see a large drip filter coffee machine in Australia is somewhere depressing like a hospital or government office.

So we choose coffee with integrity. Enter Toby's Estate Brooklyn:
Founded by a couple of Aussies - Toby’s Estate Coffee is a small batch roaster located in Brooklyn, New York. They travel the world sourcing coffee, celebrating quality and complexity. As roasters and baristas, they believe that each coffee can tell a story and they strive to share that in every cup.
Beans are sourced from single origin coffee farmers with which they respect, support and believe in.
Sustainability is a key element of these stunning beans from around the world.
